These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the provision of services by Future-proof Software Ltd.. By accessing the website, making a payment, or purchasing a service or subscription, you agree to these terms.
The company provides professional software development services, consulting, digital products, and paid access to digital content, including one-time services and recurring subscriptions, as described on the website or in contractual documentation.
Services are offered to clients within the European Union and internationally, including clients located outside the EU (e.g. the United States).
All prices are displayed clearly and unambiguously and are stated in EUR, USD, or another explicitly indicated currency, depending on the agreement with the client.
Prices indicate whether they are final and whether VAT or other applicable taxes are included or excluded, depending on the client’s location and applicable legislation.
No additional fees are charged unless explicitly stated prior to payment.
There are no general age restrictions unless explicitly stated for a specific service or required by applicable law.
Services may be restricted or unavailable in certain jurisdictions due to local legal or regulatory requirements.
All services, digital products, and subscriptions are delivered electronically or performed remotely, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
No physical goods are delivered.
Where subscription-based services are offered, the billing frequency, price, and cancellation terms are clearly displayed prior to purchase.
Subscriptions may be canceled by the client according to the conditions presented at the time of subscription. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Clients may submit complaints, cancellation requests, or refund requests via email or phone.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed within a reasonable period and no later than 14 days after approval.
All refunds are issued only to the same card or account used for the original payment.
In the event of delays in service delivery, the client will be informed promptly.
Disputes are resolved primarily through direct communication. If no agreement is reached, disputes are governed by Bulgarian law.
Payments may be made using the following methods:
Cash payments are not accepted.
Card transactions are processed through the IT infrastructure of DSK Bank and secured by VISA Secure and Mastercard Identity Check.
The maximum permitted card transaction amount is 20,000 EUR (or the equivalent amount in another currency).
Future-proof Software Ltd. does not store card numbers, CVV codes, or any other sensitive cardholder data.
All payment data is processed solely by the authorized payment service provider and the bank’s secure systems.
We do not collect personal data by default.
